He loves to “create something out of nothing.” The passion to take raw materials and make something beautiful led Steven to an extensive career in construction. Steven eventually left construction a decade and more later, and turned a love for cooking into his profession.
Entering the kitchen as a dishwasher, Steven quickly built a reputation for cultivating a culture of positive energy, eventually working his way up the line to chef. Working the long hours of a chef, Steven inspires performance with fun, laughter, clear expectations and is always driven by his passion to cook.
An avid outdoorsman, when not in the kitchen you can find Steven shooting, fishing, working on carpentry, and spending time with his family.
